About me
Melanie Peterson-Nafziger is a World Savvy Professional Learning Facilitator partnering with schools, districts, and communities to re-imagine teaching and learning and the leadership we need to cultivate to support systems change through collaborative innovation. For 30 years Melanie has worked as a teacher of IB history, global politics, geography, and theory of knowledge; IBDP coordinator; Montessori school administrator; and Minnesota Association of IB Schools board member. Melanie's leadership passions include intelligent failure, sensemaking, navigating complexity and systems change, unlearning and hospicing things we need to let go of, futures thinking, inquiry-based professional learning/collaboration, and the role of imagination in leadership.
