About me
A classroom teacher for 27 years, Michael has been teaching science and technology at Dover High School and has been using and teaching Final Cut Pro since 2009. Michael is certified to teach Final Cut Pro as an Apple Authorized Certification Provider. Michael has presented at conferences such as ISTE, NJECC, NJSBA , and NJASA Techspo and has helped acquire over $100,000 in grant money for technology education for the Dover Public School District. Creativity and quality are emphasized while assisting high school students making amazing digital products. Michael was selected as an Apple Distinguished Educator for 2023 and recently selected as an Adobe Creative Educator Innovator for 2025. Michael is a Magic School Pioneer and Trainer as well as Book Creator Ambassador He is father of a high school senior, sophomore, and a 3rd grader.
