From Seeds to Systems: Nurturing Coherence in Schools and Districts (Part 1 of 2)

In this session school and district leaders will explore the notion that building coherence is like tending a garden; it requires relentless focus and constant vigilance. Participants will first examine their vision through a Photography Scavenger Hunt. This activity is designed to help you ensure you have a clear, shared understanding of your vision and where elements of your vision already exist within your system. Then leaders will play The Coherence Game; an activity we have created to help system leaders see where in their own system they have strong coherence and where coherence needs to be built.

While individuals are very welcome, this session is a great opportunity for teams to work together on gathering clarity around your vision and how to move it forward.
